The Austin Gay & Lesbian Pride Foundation is proud to present the 21st Annual Austin PRIDE Celebration on Saturday, September 22, 2012!

Join us at 9am for the Rainbow Run in downtown Austin! The Austin PRIDE Rainbow Run is a 5K (3.1 miles) race through the streets of downtown Austin with a RAINBOW EXPLOSION party at the finish line!

Doors open at 11AM at Fiesta Gardens for the annual Pride Festival! Not only does this year's festival include amazing headlining entertainment with a special DJ set from Peaches, RuPaul Drag Race stars Manila Luzon, Chad Michaels and Willam, the 2012 PRIDE Festival will also feature free carnival themed games and activities, a second stage of DJs, carnival performers, a pet parade, children's area, numerous local food vendors and over 100 booths featuring local businesses and non-profits that support Austin's LGBTQ community!

Then, later that night, don your gay apparel and attend our Parade! The biggest event of Austin PRIDE, the 2012 Austin PRIDE Parade returns as an evening event with a new route!!  This year, entries will line up at the Capitol and proudly march down Congress Avenue and through the 4th Street Warehouse District.
 

Show your pride and celebrate this milestone with us!

Revenue generated from the festival is donated back to the community via the Austin PRIDE Cares program (created by the board in 2011). This year's beneficiaries include AIDS Services of Austin, Out Youth, Transgender Education Network of Texas,and Equality Texas.

Formed in 2010, The Austin Gay and Lesbian Pride Foundation (AGLPF) is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to managing and organizing Austin’s annual PRIDE celebration and Stonewall Tribute.

Restrictions

AGLPF receives no revenue from ticketing fees associated with Ticketleap.

Performers, programs, dates and times are subject to change without notice.

No refunds or exchanges on tickets. Rain or shine.

Entrance to the festival grounds is at your own risk. AGLPF reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly or offensive by management.

Persons entering the facility hereby consent to having their image and/or likeness, writings, biographical information or recordings of their voice captured or reproduced in any medium, forever and throughout the world, for editorial, educational, promotional, publicity, advertising or any other purpose by AGLPF or its affiliates, respective licensees and assigns, partners or the media.
